Joanne E. Cooler, 51, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away on 11/07/2018. Joanne was born to Mary Woods and the late Kevin Cooler, on 10/18/1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Joanne retired from a police officer of 22 years. She is survived by her children Dion Johnson, and Myleia Johnson. Memorial Services will begin November 13th, 2018 at 1:00pm located in the Mt.Healthy City Park. 1541 Hill Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231. Join us as we celebrate the beautiful life of Joanne E. Cooler.
